Hi, I’m Sean.

I guide queer and neurodivergent people in supporting good mental health using herbal remedies and mental wellness coaching techniques so that they can thrive in a world that misunderstands them.

I help late-diagnosed and suspecting / undiagnosed adults with ADHD, autism, and other mental health concerns go from feeling frantic, powerless, and confused about supporting their mental health to feeling empowered, adaptable, and curious about their body’s connection to their mental health and the natural world around them.

I also practice as a generalist, able to assist clients in a wide variety of health challenges.

A 45 minute intake consultation for clients seeking in-depth, holistic support using herbal remedies, lifestyle, and dietary approaches. This service is ideal for more complex, chronic, or ongoing health concerns. Prior to your session, you’ll be asked to complete a detailed health intake form to help guide a personalized care plan.
1:1 Mental Wellness Coaching

Herbal support and life coaching for autistic and ADHD adults
A 45-minute session combining clinical herbal care with compassionate coaching, designed specifically for late-identified or self-identified neurodivergent adults. This offering provides space to explore mental, emotional, and nervous system health through a lens that honors your unique wiring.
